Eligibility

• Item must be in original condition and packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included
• Product should not show signs of damage or misuse
• Original invoice/receipt must be provided

Return process

• Exchange for a different colour or variant
• Exchange for a different model (price difference applies)
• Exchange for defective or damaged products
• Size or compatibility exchanges
